wednesdays goals / acheived *

1) 1/2 hour cardio
2) 4 mile walk
3)200 crunches
4) 2litres water
5) avoid food - not too good. i cumbled at the last hurdle. i food my self in the fridge. i munched through 2 peices of ham (24cls ) and made 2 slices of toast WITH BUTTER -eeeeewh (210cals) I went straight to my room and did 200 crunches. Xx
