1) 4 mile walk
2) 1/2 hour cardio
3) 1/2 hour weights
4) 200 crunches
5) 2litres water
6) avoid food
easy - my hunger pagnes seem to have dissappeared. altho my mouth feels like its missing something the water and tea that is in my tummy fills me to the top. keep going !! Xx
