BIG FAT UGLY BINGE . after work yesterday i was feeling really shitty. i have argued with my brother , i have argued with my mums husband, i have not even spoke to my byf for x 3 days. my went to my mums for ' dinner' an she had cooked a huge lasagne. i could nt resist... i felt disgusting. i havnt slept properly all nyt thing of all that grease and fat and .. EWWWWH . just disgusting. i am on a mission to day.. more cardio more cardio more cardio ...

okay so its thursday and i go into work . my collegue amy has noticed iv not been eating lunches. of course iv lied to her and said iv had breakfast & that i'l be having a big dinner when i get home in the evening . she has also comment onmy excerccise - as i am walkingv to wok every day. she has even mentioned ana to me ... what ???!!! i know !!! im guna have to start being careful now. if she can sniff me out in less than a week imagine my family. sooooooo on thurdsay i acheived

1) 4 mile walk
2) 1/2 hour trampolinin
3) 2 litres water
4) 200 crunches
5) food (devil) - 1/2 tin vegtable soup 71cals Xx
wednesdays goals / acheived *

1) 1/2 hour cardio
2) 4 mile walk
3)200 crunches
4) 2litres water
5) avoid food - not too good. i cumbled at the last hurdle. i food my self in the fridge. i munched through 2 peices of ham (24cls ) and made 2 slices of toast WITH BUTTER -eeeeewh (210cals) I went straight to my room and did 200 crunches. Xx
tuesdays goals / achieved *

3) 1/2 hour weights

6) avoid food

easy - my hunger pagnes seem to have dissappeared. altho my mouth feels like its missing something the water and tea that is in my tummy fills me to the top. keep going !! Xx
okay iv not posted for a few days . my roomate is a bit suspicious. monday was an excellent day i reached my goals. feeliong realy good that day. excercis is definately the key. push push push ya self. when youfeel l;ike giving up just think another 10 more minutes. thinkof the calaries you could burn... its all comes down to your mindset. how dtermined are you ? how serious are ? how much do you want this? 159lbs .. disgusting . that was what i saw when i stood on the scales. ana has been with me all day. helping me to get through the pagnes. i have survived today on only liquid and maaan i feel good. my thinspirations have made me even more determined .. dinners is on the table , possion , yuk yuk .

surviving on 100 calaories a day i think i am about ready for the ultimate sacrifice. a sarifice is givin up something good for something better. from this day forward i promise that i will resist foods at all costs. i will not allow for the deamons to control me. food is the enemy. if i am a good girl then i wil reep the benefits. i wil be thin , and perfect and heavenly. if i am bad i wil punish myself until that fat, greedy, ugly cow can take no more. mwaahaha Xx
