okay iv not posted for a few days . my roomate is a bit suspicious. monday was an excellent day i reached my goals. feeliong realy good that day. excercis is definately the key. push push push ya self. when youfeel l;ike giving up just think another 10 more minutes. thinkof the calaries you could burn... its all comes down to your mindset. how dtermined are you ? how serious are ? how much do you want this?
